Supervised the Support Team to ensure proper delivery of SLA. Implemented a ticketing system to better manage requests and set expectations accordingly.
- Architect the internal ERP system and client-facing website to manage real estate units.
Developed an iPhone application to allow Property Managers capture violations and accounting information.
Developed a solution to automate the HR department, with tools to handle the employee life cycle, payroll processing and reimbursable payroll billing.
Implemented SOA platform to communicate with all vendors for employees’ benefits (Health Care, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k, etc.).
Automated the processing of invoices for the AP/AR department and schedule the ACH transactions.
